We love our Irish Dexter cattle and we think you will too!
This heritage breed of cattle are famous for three things; meat, milk, and draft purposes. This makes them one of the most well-rounded breeds of cattle available. We love Dexters for their hardiness, docile temperaments and excellent mothering skills. Their small stature makes them ideal for smaller farms and homesteads.
We are very excited to announce that we will have very limited Dexter beef herd shares available!
Our Heritage Dexter cattle are raised the old-fashioned way, meaning no growth hormones, no steroids, and especially no antibiotics. Quite simply, they are 100% grass-fed which means they are raised on our natural grass pastures and hay from our hay fields.
So what makes Dexter beef different?
Dexter beef is known for its quality and taste. It is a smaller breed of cattle, which means that the meat is lean and is naturally more tender than other beef and contains more omega3 fatty acids.
